Additional Information:
Charleston Jedburg Road is a tract of land located in Berkeley County about 17 miles outside of North Charleston right off of State Road 176. The tract is in close proximity to the Charleston Jedburg Rd site and therefore has the same comparable sites. The tract totals 309 (+/-) acres and benefits from reasonably flat topography conducive to development. Zoning (Flex 1) calls for 1.45 lots per acre. The tract will
benefit from the Rockefeller industrial project at the I-26 & Jedburg Road interchange and the newly opened Boeing Plant located in North Charleston. The site, known as the “Sword Tract” because of its distinct shape, is covered almost entirely with vegetation and hardwood forest. The site has no definite slope indicating draining direction.
