Scope of Service Experience

Tony Scott serves as Operations Manager for the Property Management Division at NAI Southern Real Estate, where he leads and oversees the company’s entire technician staff. In this role, Tony is the driving force behind the day-to-day maintenance and operational performance of NAI Southern’s managed property portfolio, ensuring that every property is maintained to the highest standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency.

Tony brings over 40 years of hands-on electrical expertise to our team, with a career spanning residential, commercial, and industrial projects across the Carolinas and the greater New York area. A licensed Master Electrician, Tony has built his reputation on deep technical knowledge, sound judgment in the field, and an unwavering commitment to safety and code compliance.

Throughout his career, Tony has led crews and managed complex electrical scopes as both a foreman and lead man for more than a decade, overseeing everything from ground-up hotel and retail construction to full office building upfits — including power distribution, branch circuits, lighting systems, control wiring, and data infrastructure. His work spans well-known projects including Walgreens and 7-Eleven locations, as well as high-rise corporate environments in Uptown Charlotte. Most recently prior to joining NAI Southern, Tony served as Assistant Chief Engineer at Trinity Partners, supporting the full mechanical and electrical operations of a 40-story corporate tower at 101 South Tryon in Charlotte. In that role, he managed preventative maintenance and troubleshooting across electrical distribution, HVAC, fire/life safety, UPS, and building management systems.

Tony is known among colleagues and clients alike for his professionalism, strong work ethic, and ability to communicate clearly with project managers, contractors, and building owners. He is a trusted problem-solver who brings both field-level skill and leadership experience to every project he touches.
