Mr. Wilkinson is responsible for the sale of income property including office, retail, industrial and multi-family properties in the Carolinas and throughout the Southeast. Some of the companies that he has represented include Petro Express, The Crosland Company, and Cornerstone REIT.

Mr. Wilkinson is a native of Charlotte, a graduate of Presbyterian College, and joined NAI Southern Real Estate in 1996. Prior to this association, he was affiliated with local Charlotte brokerage companies for 15 years. He has been a member of the Charlotte Board of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Club since the Club’s inception, and was recognized in 1995 and 2003 as the top income property broker in Charlotte, and in 2003 as top overall broker. In 1998 and 2002, he was the second overall producer in the Charlotte marketplace.
