Scope of Service Experience
|
Tim joined NAI Southern Real Estate in 2005. With over eighteen years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and development, Tim is responsible for all aspects of the leasing and sale of office and industrial real estate in the Charlotte region. Tim is also responsible for business development amongst institutional owners and operators of commercial real estate.

Tim received a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Mount Saint Mary’s College, Emmitsburg, Maryland in 1984.

Background & Experience
|
Prior to joining NAI Southern Real Estate, Tim was the Director of Office Properties for Cambridge Partners in Charlotte. Tim moved to Charlotte in 1999 to assume Market Officer responsibilities for ProLogis, an S&P 500 real estate investment trust, with whom he performed a similar role in Baltimore, Maryland. Prior to joining ProLogis, Tim, was a commercial real estate broker specializing in industrial properties for NAI KLNB.
